What are Nirvana's payment options?

Q: Which payment methods does Nirvana accept?
Q: Can I pay with Paypal/Western Union/a cheque?

A: We accept three different major payment methods.

Credit Card
We accept Visa and MasterCards. Paying by credit card is the quickest method of payment. It is also very safe, as all payments go through a Secure Payment Gateway (SSL). On your credit card statement, your payment will be discreetly listed under a safe, non-cannabis related name. Gift cards or pre-paid cards issued by Visa or MasterCard may also work, but please drop us a line if you experience issues paying with these. Note that it has to be a CREDIT card, debit cards (such as Visa Electron) will not work as we cannot take debit card payments. Also make sure you have a card that allows international payments to be made!

Bank Transfer
Most online banking systems will enable you to transfer money directly into our account. You can also visit a local branch of your bank - they will know how to process international bank transfers there.

IMPORTANT: you need to add your full order number to the message field of the transfer!! If you neglect to do so, we may be unable to match your payment to your order. Your order number can be found in your account or in the order confirmation e-mail.

Cash
You may send well-concealed cash through the post. BANKNOTES ONLY please, no coins! Please hide the banknotes well inside a card or between some sheets of paper.

IMPORTANT: you need to add a printed copy of your order confirmation or a note with your full order number to the envelope!! If you neglect to do so, we may be unable to match your payment to your order. Your order number can be found in your account or in the order confirmation e-mail.

We also offer two direct banking options for customers in specific countries.

Customers in the Netherlands may also pay through iDEAL.
Customers in Austria, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom may also pay through DIRECTebanking, aka Sofortüberweisung.
With these quick and easy payment methods, the total amount of your purchase will be transferred from your bank account directly into ours.

Please note that we DO NOT accept the following payment methods:
Money orders, Western Union, Cheques, Paypal and Debit Cards.
This means you may not send us a check or money order and you cannot pay through your Paypal account or a debit card. If you opt for credit card payment, make sure you really have a credit card and not a debit card!

Some of our customers have been asking us for our Sort Code. Since we're banking in the Netherlands, we don't have one. All you need to transfer money into our account is the IBAN and BIC - no sort codes required. Ask your bank for help if you can't figure it out.
