How long will it take before my order arrives?

Q: When will I get my order? What´s the average transit time?
Q: How long does shipping to [my location] take?
Q: I ordered on [date]. When am I going to receive my order?

A: This is probably the most frequently asked question of all time!

NOTICE: Due to the continuing problems the Icelandic volcanic ash is causing, there may be delays in the delivery of your order! We're so sorry, but that's Mother Nature for you - nothing we can do really.

As soon as your order status is updated to "Shipped", this means that your order has left our premises and is on its way to you. Obviously, we have no control whatsoever over the international postal services, so we cannot provide a precise delivery date.

Based on our experiences so far, though, the following rough estimates apply:

Within Europe:
Most orders arrive within one week. We've noticed shipping to France, Finland and Greece is usually a bit slow. Two to three weeks should be the maximum waiting time.

Within the United States:
Actually, quite a few customers have reported receiving their orders less than a week after shipping. A two to three weeks' wait is not exceptional, however, and on rare occasions (remote locations, orders being delayed at customs, etc.) you may have to wait as long as four weeks for your order to arrive. Please remember that we are located in Europe, orders have to pass through customs, and so your order may not arrive as quickly as some domestic shipments.

Rest of the world:
It really depends on your precise location. Postage to South American and Asian countries is usually slower than postage to North America. Generally speaking, the more remote your location (island, rural area, other side of the world etc), the longer it will take for your order to arrive. Count on two to four weeks on average.

Please be patient and try not to send in support tickets about delivery of your order until you have waited at least two (Europe) to three (Worldwide) weeks! Your guess is as good as ours, so there really isn't any point in bothering Alice unless you have been waiting a number of weeks.

Of course we understand the wait must be frustrating, but we assure you that we're doing everything in our power to ensure your orders reach you safely and quickly.
