i would start over. Autos are on a timeframe and the few times i have had runts like that they didnt do well. Only my opinion but  i would replant.

Your soil looks like it has a fungus growing in it, as if it has been kept wet for too long. Your lights are also, more than likely not intense enough. At 2 weeks with an auto, it should be bigger. It still looks healthy, so I'd keep growing it.

We need info, like what lighting you are using and how far away is it from the plants. What soil are you using? How often do you water or feed the plants and at what PH level?

I think you need more light or light closer to get the leaves to lay dawn but this plant should be triple this size since it is an auto.. I agree that your soil looks up be the culprit. What brand soil is it? What kind of container is this plant in? Does it have drain holes?

The streatch indicats you need the light closer and or more light at 2 week yes it should definantly be bigger WHat soil is that maybe it's to hot? Looks like some mould in the soil also?

It looks like it might be a dud also sometimes it happens.

How large is your container? Solo cups with holes cut in the bottom are perfect, i think your over watering seedlibgs in too big of a container. Stunts them severely.Light is how far away? Kind of light?

These plants are just growing slowly outside because of the heat. Make sure you keep them watered, but do not over water them. In a couple of weeks you will want to start giving them nutrients. You will also need some cal mag to go with your nutrients. YOu will need to ph your mixes to 6.5 after you have added all the nutrients to the mix. Good luck. Peace

If outdoors my guess is not enough light. They look pretty wet as well.
